At Novartis Schweizerhalle, we are accelerating our digitalisation journey across IT, Operational Technology (OT), manufacturing, quality, and business functions. As an AI Agent Development Intern / Working Student, you will work directly with IT/OT experts and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and improve AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience with enterprise AI technologies while contributing to real-world solutions that improve productivity, knowledge access, and operational excellence. Your work will help shape how AI is adopted across a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
