General conditions of participation of the events and consulting offers of next Career Services of FHNW School of Business.
The services of next Career Services are aimed at students at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
By registering, the participant confirms that he/she has taken note of the General Conditions of Participation and accepts them.
We reserve the right to make changes to the program and personnel. The number of participants in a workshop or event is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Exceptions are the events for which students must apply. If a minimum number of registrations for an event is not reached, next Career Services reserves the right to cancel the event. Registered persons will be informed as early as possible about the cancellation of the event. Any participation fee already paid will be refunded.
Invoices for next Career Services are payable within 30 days of the date of issue.
Cancellation must be made at least two days (48 hours) before the agreed consultation date or before the start of the event by e-mail or via the website. Otherwise, the full cost of the service will be charged in the case of fee-based offers.
Registered students who miss three events without excuse will have their access to the next Career Services platform blocked for 2 months. They will no longer be able to access the platform and benefit from the associated services.
next Career Services ensure that the services are carried out professionally and maintain strict confidentiality. Despite careful control of content, next Career Services assumes no liability for any consequences resulting from the information and consulting services. Likewise, next Career Services accepts no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided, in particular for the content of external links. The content of linked pages is the sole responsibility of their operators.
next Career Services are entitled to publish findings from the fulfilment of the contract in anonymised form and to use them for scientific, non-commercial purposes.
Guests of next Career Services events will be informed upon registration that photos will be taken at the event. FHNW School of Business uses these photos for its own purposes and makes them available to partner organisations on request. If the persons do not agree to the use of their picture, they will contact us at the beginning of the event.
Swiss law applies to all legal disputes in connection with the services of next Career Services. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Brugg.
